Our Vision
The Florida Keys Council of the Arts envisions a vibrant, culturally rich community where the arts are woven into the fabric of everyday life. From Key West to Key Largo, we believe that creative expression strengthens our identity, drives economic vitality, and fosters a deep sense of belonging among residents and visitors alike. Our vision is a Florida Keys where every person has the opportunity to experience, participate in, and be transformed by the arts.
Our Mission
The Florida Keys Council of the Arts is dedicated to supporting, funding, and advancing the arts throughout Monroe County. As the officially designated Local Arts Agency for the Florida Keys, we serve as the primary advocate for arts and culture in our island community. Through grant programs, public art initiatives, educational outreach, and strategic partnerships, we work to ensure that the arts remain a vital and accessible part of life in the Keys.
