The Freeman Justice Center is in the Jackson Square Judicial complex on the corner of Whitehead and Fleming Streets in Key West.

Interested artists may find complete details in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) posted at www.demandstar.com. There is a $5 charge to download the RFQ.
