Expiration of Artist Qualification Period

August 6, 2012

Dear Artist:

You are receiving this e-mail because your qualification to respond to RFP's has expired for Monroe County's Art in Public Places Ordinance.

To extend your qualification period for an additional five years, you must notify us in writing (via letter or e-mail) to remain listed on the Monroe County AIPP artist registry.  You also have the option to submit updated information regarding your work.  If we have not received a written response from you by September 1st, we will remove your name from our artist registry.

We encourage you to renew your eligibility as we anticipate 3 new public art projects in 2012-2013. If you require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
