Jane Wood

With her style of Island Folk Art, Jane captures the spirit of the native Keys wildlife in all its beauty, with a bit of fun and whimsy thrown in. Her works include mixed media Acrylic painting and Sculptures which may incorporate found bits of natural material such as broken shells, barnacles or bamboo. Jane studied fine art and biology in college and considers herself a forever student of nature. She regularly volunteers with local mangrove and beach cleanups, and loves to sail, paddle, snorkel, hike, star gaze and everything else that is out doors. She donates a portion of each sale to the local environmental community. Thank you Dad for giving me a love of the Keys and helping me see the world through the worlds eye.
